เป็น detector ประเภท Double Dual pyrosensor  เปรียบเสมือน มี Infrared detector 2 ตัวอยู่ในตัวเดียวกัน จากรูป จะเห็นมี len 2 ชุด คือ ชุดล่างและชุดบน ออกแบบมาเพื่อแก้ปัญหา false alarm ที่เิกิดจาก แมลง หรือ สัตว์เล็กๆมาเกาะหน้าตัว infrared detector เพราะ ถ้าแมลงมาเกาะเฉพาะเลนส์บน เลนส์ล่างไม่เห็น ก็ไม่ alarm  เปรียบเสมือนคนที่มี 2 ตา จะสามารถมองภาพเป็น 3 มิติ และประเมินขนาดวัตถุได้ดี ซึ่ง Crow ก็ใช้ Digital Phase shift analysis ทำให้จับภาพความร้อนแบบ 3 มิติได้ เคยได้รับรางวัล Best detector จาก SIA (Security Industry Association) ของอเมริกา และยังมี operating temperature กว้างมากคือ ตั้งแต่ -20 ถึง 70 องศาเซลเซียส ซึ่งไม่สามารถพบได้ใน detector ทั่วไป และถึงแม้จะมีลมพัดเข้ามา ก็ไม่มี false alarm เพราะใช้ digital signal analysis ที่ฉลาดที่สามารถวิเคราะห์สภาวะแวดล้อมได้

  The Genius' Double Dual™ Optic System is controlled by a powerful microprocessor, which uses Crow's proprietary digital signal analysis to produce a three-dimentional thermal image of the protected area. It remembers this image, and focuses only on the intruder. It will automatically adapt to environmental changes in wind, temperature and background noise. When conditions change, the Genius's compensation circuitry automatically adjusts itself to the new conditions, maintaining sensitivity level and detection capability with virtually on false alarms.
